SMS Metallurgical Service LLC
Founded in September 2008 SMS group LLC coordinates all service activities, supplying spare parts and Technical Outsourcing Services in Russia and the CIS. SMS group LLC is represented by the HQ in Moskow, office and workshop in Chelyabinsk, its branches / offices in Lipetsk, Moscow, Aktobe in Kazakhstan, Vyksa, and separate legal service companies in Magnitogorsk and Miory in Belarus.
It currently employs around 1700 staff in total, serving almost 100 customers across the entire region.
The main customers of SMS Metallurgical Service LLC are the largest Russian and CIS steel plant owners, such as MMK (Magnitogorsk), Chelpipe Group (Chelyabinsk), Mechel (Chelyabinsk), NTMK (Nizhniy Tagil), NLMK (Lipetsk), OMK (Vyksa), Ural Steel (Novotroitsk), Kazchrome (Aktob, Kazakhstan), Severstal (Cherepovets), MMPZ (Miory, Belarus) and others.
All the current team members were trained to SMS group standards in Hilchenbach, Düsseldorf, and Mönchengladbach in Germany.
